London is a city notorious for it's vast unused housing stock due to speculation. By legally and peacefully occupying empty premium Central London spaces for teporary artistic use, DA! projects highlight the issues surrounding urban redevelopment, land use and renewal - for example, what happens to all the artists who make a neighbourhood 'cool' who are then squeezed out by the subsequent rent increases? Using a legal knowledge of squatters-rights to temporarily make use of empty Central London spaces, DA! iterations remind the public of the numerous alternative possibilities concerning urban space use.

Successful DA! projects:

43 Kensington High Street (April - July 2006)
173 Kensington High Street (September 2006)
231 Tottenham Court Road (January - March 2007)
18 Upper Grosvenor Street (2010)
as well as projects in Knightsbridge, Soho and Chelsea.

DA! has been featured nationally on BBC Radio, The Sun, The Daily Mail, Telegraph, Time Out Magazine, The Evening Standard, The Metro, The Guardian, Architects' Journal, and The Independent.
